Every great remodel starts with a conversation. During your free in-home consultation, we'll discuss your vision, evaluate your space, take measurements, and answer your questions. Our goal is to provide expert guidance and a clear plan to bring your project to life.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
Within 7–10 days of your consultation, we'll invite you to our showroom to review your personalized 3D design, conceptual floor plan, and project proposal. We'll walk you through every detail, answer your questions, and help you confidently decide on the next steps for your remodel.
PROJECT PLANNING
When you're ready to move forward, we'll begin developing your final project plans. A design retainer equal to 5% of the estimated project cost allows us to finalize floor plans, confirm detailed measurements, and prepare your complete remodeling plan. If you choose LVS Revival for your project, the full retainer is credited toward your contract.
